- ➤ The Nevada Housing Division announced the new Worker Advantage Program on Wednesday — offering $20K toward down payments for nearly 900 essential worker households, with eligibility based on income, residency, and professional field. Applicants include those in healthcare, education, public safety, and construction. KSNV
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Southern Hills Hospital broke ground on an 11,000 sqft freestanding ER at 2475 Via Inspirada in Henderson today; the $15M facility will offer 24/7 care, advanced x-ray & CT imaging, exam rooms, and a pharmacy, and is set to open late next year while a clinic launches this summer. KSNV
