  • Residents in Clark County face high parking costs on the Las Vegas Strip — casinos offer limited free parking for locals while charging steep fees for visitors.   • Traffic safety advocates in Clark County are joining a global event today to remember victims of road traffic crashes—local organizers say the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims will honor those who lost their lives in such incidents.  KSNV

  • M Resort in Henderson has announced plans to host a community bash and 500-drone light show at its outdoor Patio to celebrate the opening of a $206 million expansion that includes a new East Tower adding 375 hotel rooms to the resort. The event, scheduled for Dec. 6 starting at 6 p.m., will feature poolside musical guests, a screening of Elf, and treats like s'mores and hot chocolate (details provided by the resort).  KSNV
