- ➤ Rising safety concerns over e-bikes and e-scooters have sparked debate as guidelines vary across Clark County—Las Vegas limits speeds to 15 mph while Henderson allows up to 28 mph. Commissioner Michael Naft said the county needs stricter education and licensing for young riders to improve road safety. KSNV
