GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ It has been about three weeks since a cyber attack affected state systems and on Friday Governor Joe Lombardo said that DMV services have been fully restored — 90 percent of state websites are back online, though some remain down. KSNV
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Clark County residents have struggled with rising housing costs as prices in 2025 are nearly three times higher than before, leaving many unable to afford high rents and down payments. Maurice Page of the Nevada Housing Coalition said Assembly Bill 540 + a plan to build starter homes is expected to help 5,000 to 7,000 people secure affordable home ownership. KSNV
