- ➤ The American Red Cross of Southern Nevada is marking its 20th National Blood Collectors Week from September 7-13 — a week to honor nurses, phlebotomists, donor recruiters, and volunteers who help keep blood supplies available for over 20 local hospitals. The organization urges eligible donors to act as recent severe weather and flooding on the East Coast strain the national supply. KSNV
