- ➤ Nevada Child Seekers works with law enforcement and 300 volunteers to search for missing children as it handles 43 active cases and 8 cold cases—its efforts continue with a September Search event on Sept. 27 at LVMPD Headquarters, where more volunteers are needed to hand out flyers. KSNV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State offices were closed for a second day after a network security incident forced a Las Vegas DMV office to cancel appointments and reschedule drive tests. Gov. Joe Lombardo said recovery operations were ongoing — and the FBI is assisting the investigation while emergency services remained operational. KSNV
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Vegas Knight Hawks will celebrate their IFL National Championship win with a public event at M Resort's Patio on Thursday, August 28th at 5:30 p.m. The team will host meet and greets and giveaways — fans are invited to RSVP with the ticketing team. KSNV
