- ➤ The Clark County Office of Emergency Management and its partners have activated cooling sites, set up an emergency shelter at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority – South Hall, Room S2 with parking in the Platinum Lot on Joe W Brown, and arranged RTC transportation from the Walmart at 3075 E Tropicana running until 2:00 p.m. today. Animal Protection Services will offer kennel spaces to keep people and pets together and RTC Paratransit is available for medical transport. Clark County
