- ➤ The Cowabunga Vegas team will host a free swim safety lesson on Thursday, June 26 in Summerlin and Henderson with check-in at 9:00 a.m. and lessons starting at 9:30 a.m., as part of the World's Largest Swim Lesson effort by the World Waterpark Association, and free tickets are included + $24.99 add-on tickets are available for family and friends. - ➤ Zippy's announced it will open its first Henderson restaurant this fall at 9570 S. Eastern Ave., just north of St. Rose Parkway, and it will hold hiring events on July 9 at 4500 Sunset Road, Suite 40 and July 23 at Green Valley Library from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Positions include back-of-house, front-of-house, and management roles + the restaurant will bring a taste of Hawaii to local diners.
