- ➤ Sphere has announced a 20% ticket discount for Clark County residents to attend The Sphere Experience that features Darren Aronofsky’s Postcard from Earth. Discounted tickets can be purchased online or at the Sphere Box Office and the offer is valid through (August 27). KSNV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Clark County Commission approved a new ordinance today that sets safety rules for electric bicycles, electric scooters, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles on county trails, parks, sidewalks and roadways. Introduced by Commissioner Justin Jones, the ordinance requires helmets for minors, enforces speed limits and fines, and will take effect May 21 after a two-week public notice period. Clark County
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ The Las Vegas Realtors Association reported that the median price for single-family homes in Southern Nevada dropped slightly to $480,000 in April, down from $485,000 after three months at that high level. The report showed over 6,200 homes were on the market—a 78% increase from last year, which the association said indicates a stable housing market. KSNV
