- ➤ Residents of the Anthem area in Henderson face road improvements starting today on Eastern Avenue between Horizon Ridge Parkway and Sun City Anthem Drive — work including new pavement striping, sidewalk ramp assessments, signage upgrades and utility improvements is set to last through November — which may add 10 to 15 minutes to some commutes while the road remains open in both directions. 8 News Now
- ➤ Today, Nevada Highway Patrol launched the Click It or Ticket campaign — partnering with state law enforcement agencies to patrol highways until May 26 and promote seatbelt use to reduce crash fatalities. KSNV

- ➤ Congregation Ner Tamid’s Sisterhood group hosted a women’s health conference in Henderson after a 10-year hiatus. The event featured 14 experts who led breakout sessions on topics including brain, breast, hormone, and pelvic health as well as yoga, meditation, exercise, and sleep, and 65 women attended. 8 News Now
