Good morning, Henderson.

Henderson announced that starting Monday, May 5, median access at Elliot Road, Foster Avenue, Corn Street, Rolly Street, King Street and near Henderson Shopping Village closing June 2 will be blocked along Boulder Highway as part of the Reimagine Boulder Highway Project — the work is set to reduce collisions and streamline transit with new traffic signals at Wells Street and Pioneer Street while drivers are advised to make U-turns at light signals — and businesses will remain accessible.

After the Golden Knights clinched a 3-2 win over the Wild on May 1, they honored retiring goalie Marc-Andre Fleury with heartfelt embraces and stick taps on the ice—he ended a 22-year NHL career as a founding player.

Fleury, age 40, said he would retire after this season and is credited with helping guide the team to its Stanley Cup Final appearance.
