EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Mayor Michelle Romero announced the 'Ride Smart. Stay Safe.' campaign — which held a training ride Tuesday at Del Webb Middle School for sixth- through 12th-graders — after rising e-bike and e-scooter collisions among children. More classes run at CSN on May 11 and May 12 for safety training. KSNV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ First responders from across Nevada attended a free, day-long autism training session (focusing on signs like delayed responses and limited eye contact) as required by Senate Bill 380 (signed last year), with plans to add another session in Northern Nevada later this year. KSNV
