- ➤ The Nevada Department of Transportation will close the ramp connecting southbound U.S. 95 to southbound Interstate 15 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 16 as crews finish final Project Neon tasks. The closures will last for three consecutive nights. KSNV
