The Las Vegas housing market started the new year with conditions favoring buyers – median single-family prices held at $470,000 in Southern Nevada while inventory grew by nearly 19%, offering a five-month supply of homes.

Condos and townhomes also saw prices dip by about 3% with increased listings.
